Just popping in to let you know I’ve not abandoned the project here. I’ve just been insanely busy at work and have some more pressing matters right now. I am working on new things and will get them up SOON. I promise.

A Bit Behind

It was guns a blazin’ around here in terms of new designs when I first opened up shop, but I’ve hit a wall known as being over tired. I’m in retail and our building was shut down on the 5th for the 4th of July weekend, and then shut down again on the 16th for inventory. Because of that, we had to catch up on two days of production which meant working 10 hour days every day for two weeks. That, coupled with a few things I HAD to get done over the last two weekends, has left me exhausted and I just can’t seem to get anything done. I can’t stay awake. I get sleepy every time I sit down at the computer.

So, I need to step back for a bit, get some rest and regroup.

I do have this on the drawing board and will finish it as soon as I can

A Small Update

I’m back after the long holiday weekend and if I can get a breath between work and other duties, I’ll get back to adding some new things to the PollyBlog site soon.

I will be adding a note to the site about 3 column layout options, but I’ll go ahead and mention it here, too. If you see a design you like, but need it in a three column version, just let me know. I am open to making minor alterations to anything you see on the site.

I will be doing custom design soon. I just need to figure out a pricing structure, etc.. More on that later.

Before I go, I did add another badge that I like a lot and hope you will too. Click the badge for the code you need to use it and enjoy!

June 17th Additions

Just added three more badges to PollyBlog website. They turned out pretty cute and the bottom one is one of my favorite mottos.

There are also two more background sets that I think you’ll like a lot.

Remember, if you have any issues with the images, please let me know.

Also, if there’s something special that you’d like to see come to the site, let me know. I’m always open to new ideas. If you’d like something added to one of the sets, let me know about that, too.

Badge Section Now Open

The Badge section at PollyBlog, or the “Badges’” page is now open with a couple of cute badges for your blogs. Just copy and paste the codes in the text boxes into a new or existing HTML gadget and you’re good to go!

It’s only a little, but it’s a start. There are three blogger backgrounds with headers and a few accessories ready for download.

If you have any issues with them, please let me know. The site is new and will surely have some growing pains. I’m relying on you to help me out. Just click the images to go to the site.

It’s a Brand New Day!

Welcome! I am so excited to making the first post on the PollyBlog blog.

This is where I will post all the exciting updates to the PollyBlog website.

PollyBlog is a FREE for a link source for blogger backgrounds and accessories catering to a wide variety feminine tastes.

The site is currently under construction as I stock the shelves and get all the links working and I hope you’ll follow me so you don’t miss any of the updates. I will make a post as things are added or changes are made.

Lastly..for a little FYI

You will need a place to host the images, like Photobucket or your own web server, and you will also need to know how to edit the HTML file for use on your own blog. I will include some basic instructions, but for the time being, there is no tech support. I will probably offer some detailed tutorials in the future, once the site is well off the ground.

HOWEVER…

I will add your blog title and tag lines to the header images free of charge for now. Should the demand become too great, I may switch to a small fee later on.
